OSHIZUSHI BOX Oshizushi means pressed sushi. It is made with a wooden mold to create the rectangular shape.
To make oshizushi, first the topping ingredients are placed in the bottom of the mold.
Next the mold is filled with sushi rice and is covered with a flat piece of wood.
This piece of wood is pressed against the rice and topping to make a solid cake.
The final step is for the sushi to be turned out of the mold and then cut into blocks.
